The Franklin Chamber of Commerce recently held a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the new ownership of MoveMore Fitness with Matt Harlfinger and his staff. MoveMore Fitness is located at 41 Bates Crossing behind Ingles on the Georgia Road.
“MoveMore Fitness is a 24/7 access facility with more than enough equipment to suit your needs if you are working out on your own. However, my vision for MoveMore Fitness is to provide a space for the best personal trainers in Macon County to thrive. I truly believe we have assembled the best Personal Training team in town with Jon Lyon, Melissa Ward, Mark Villanti, Lindsay Wright, Lauren Chapman, Teresa Ensley, Sarah Norris and myself,” said Harlfinger. “Each trainer is responsible for managing their own class schedules, which include group training sessions at 5 a.m., 6 a.m., 9 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 2 p.m., 3 p.m., 4 p.m., 5:30 p.m., and 6:30 p.m. on various days, Harlfinger continued. MoveMore also offers specialty classes for members of MoveMore Fitness and those include Zumba on Tuesday nights at 6:30 p.m. led by Gabi Gentry Wang and Kickboxing on Saturdays at 9 a.m. led by Bethany Virga.
MoveMore recently installed a Recovery Room with a sauna and massage chair, as well as expanded their KidZone into the front office space that looks out into the training facility so parents can keep an eye on their little ones while working out. TVs are also stationed around the gym that link to the KidZone to give parents extra peace of mind if they are in another part of the gym.
