January is School Board Appreciation Month. The Macon County School System in honoring the Macon County Board of Education.
“The dedication of our board members to students and the community makes our school system a place where all children can discover their interests and prepare for their future,” said Renee Burt, executive assistant/board clerk/public information officer. “Celebrate board members during School Board Appreciation Month. They are the voice of schools in the community and the community’s voice in building the future for our students. We are beyond thankful for our Macon County Board of Education!”
